بچھڑ کے اس سے میں سوچوں اسی پہیلی پر

جلا نہ گھر کا اندھیرا چراغ سے محسنؔ

ستم نہ کر مری جاں اپنے یار بیلی پر

نیا ہے شہر نئے آسرے تلاش کروں

جو دشت میں بھی جلاتے تھے فصل گل کے چراغ
